It is possible to succeed in this environment only when believe in something so much, that you are willing to make it happen, knowing that you will get no credit for it. At a first glance this may seem like it is easy to do, but there’s the ever present ego that constantly is looking to be fed. It feeds on forms of appreciation, recognition and rewards. The journey to success is mined with lots of ego traps along the way. I aim to develop the awareness and humility to avoid them consciously.
